KAIHO EAST AFRICA (“KEA”) provides the following rules regarding usage of all services provided by KEA through our website. KEA reserves the right to update the Terms of Use (TOU) at any time without notice to you.

By accessing or using the Site, you hereby agree to accept the TOU set forth in this Agreement as a User. You shall be bound by the TOU of this Agreement with respect to your access or use of this Site and any further upgrade, modification, addition or change to this Site.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

The governing law for these rules and our website shall be the laws of Japan. This Agreement shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the Japan jurisdiction without regard to conflict of law provisions.
