2. How can I request a part that is out of stock?

If the part you are looking for is out of stock, please contact us through the inquiry chatbot available on the page. Our staff will get back to you as soon as possible.

3. Do you provide any warranty for used parts?

Since our products are second-hand parts, we offer warranty periods based on the specific product and its condition. Please check our Warranty Policy Page for more details.

Additionally, all products are carefully inspected before listing, and the detailed condition of each part is clearly described on the product page. Please review the product description carefully before placing your order.

4. What is the condition of the used parts?

All our products are directly imported from Japan and are top-quality parts that have not passed through the UAE. Each part is inspected and tested before being listed for sale.

Although they are used parts, we ensure they are in proper working condition before shipping. Any scratches, cosmetic wear, or defects are clearly mentioned on the product page, and vehicle information is disclosed whenever possible.

5. Can I return or exchange a used part?

Returns and exchanges are handled according to our Warranty Policy and Claims Policy. Please review the warranty details on the Warranty Page.

7. Do you offer international shipping?

In addition to local Nairobi stock, we also accept direct orders from Japan via shared container shipments. For estimated shipping times and pickup instructions after arrival, please contact us through the inquiry chatbot on the page.

8. What should I do if my part arrives damaged?

All products are carefully inspected before shipment. In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged, warranty periods are provided based on the product and its condition.

9. How can I track my order?

At this time, orders are picked up directly at our Nairobi branch after arrival. We will notify you when your order is ready for collection.
